ITOCHU REIT Management Co., Ltd., （IRM）the asset management company for ADR, established the Sustainability Policy in March 2015. Subsequently, ADR has conducted operations in accordance with this policy as it strives to contribute to creating a sustainable society and to further raise unitholders’ value through such measures that promote sustainability.

IRM has issued ESG report to provide unitholders and other stakeholders with a broad understanding of the status of sustainability promotion at ADR and IRM, including the content of the sustainability policy and its promotion system, specific measures taken, the status of external evaluation of the results of those measures, and various other data.
